The information requested in this application is necessary to fully evaluate your request for a Street Performer Permit (SPP). Completion of this form does not guarantee approval of a SPP, therefore, performances must not commence before a SPP is issued. SPP fees apply to a calendar year, Janaury 1 – December 31.

**SPP fees are not refundable once the application is approved.** Delta staff manage this process, all comments and questions should be directed accordingly.
