Welcome to the Inter-Municipal Business Licence application process. Use this portal to submit an Inter-Municipal Business Licence application. Before you start your application process, please ensure that you qualify for this type of licence.

An Inter-Municipal Business Licence allows businesses to operate in more than one municipality. City of Delta participates in two Inter-Municipal Business Licence (IMBL) programs:

* Fraser Valley IMBL (Surrey, Langley (Township and City), Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Mission, Chilliwack, Hope, and Kent).

* Metro-West IMBL (Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey, and Vancouver).

• * Your business MUST reside in the City of Delta.
• * You MUST have a City of Delta Business Licence.
• * You MUST be a Trade Contractor or a professional related to the Construction Industry.
