Welcome to the Corporation of Delta's Electronic Home Owner Grant application. To claim your Home Owner Grant you must have your folio number and access code. This information is located at the top left hand corner of your property tax notice, just below the owner(s) name. If you have recently purchased a property in Delta and your name does not appear on the Tax Notice, please contact our Taxation Office to acquire a new Tax Notice. The access code is invalid if your name does not appear on the notice.For information about home owner grants, please visit the provincial government's Home Owner Grants website.
